I just started playing Simutrans today, and I figured out how to transport people and goods.. But my citizens seam to leave? Why is this? Can someone show me a full guide please?

But... what do you mean by "leave"? Is it that after you've transported them wherever they wanted to go, they don't remain on the map and ask to go somewhere else? If so, that's expected behaviour. But there's constantly a new supply of passengers.

Well... My workers at the beginning at a factory show as xxxx number, but later on it shows there's only 1 or 0 workers.. :s
It's a new feature, and one I haven't paid much attention to. I believe what's going on is that the game starts out with a default or max rate or something like that - and when the first month change happens, it reflects the actual rate.
But hopefully someone else will chime in with better info. :)

Is it the ordinary Pak version you are playing Pak64? Which factory has this affect? Can you recall the exact numbers of workers, or is it passengers?
Edit..just had a thought. Think of your passengers as your city population who currently want to travel. When they get to where they are going they are no longer passengers but they remain citizens of your town. They havnt disappeared, just they are no longer travelers.

Dont do that. Then no passengers will be generated, as they do not 'see' your connection anymore, if no buses are associated.
You can let your buses wait for until 10% full.
