Title: Increase capacity of extension buildings

Playing pak128 I would like to increase the storage capacity of the Modern Warehouse Extension which seems very low (320). Looking over the dat file I don't see a capacity level but I do find a line calling for Level 10. Will a higher number increase the storage capacity?

Yep, capacity = 32 * level (source: German Simutrans Wiki)
