Imho, the overlapping text is due to some extra '\n' at the end of the translation of '%d buildings\n'.

Overlapping text corrected in r5167.

Button color changed in 5168.

Capitalization fixed in the oh-so-bad translator web site.

I guess, sine the majority of buttons has upper-case first letters. Don't forget to lock the translations, otherwise some funny person comes without knowing the discussion and work, and changes them to something else again ...
