Is possible to use sound and music on OS X 10.7? If yes, could someone tell me how? Thanks

There is no possibility to have sound on Mac OS if you use the normal version. Try this native version: http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=8783.msg87820#msg87820
there you have all the sound you want...
