Title: [10.x] crash when loading pak128 (standard)

loading the latest pak128 nightly produces above crash in 10.x
(on 64 bit linux, gcc 4.6.1)[/size]

I suspect that this is because the latest release of Experimental has not fully merged in the latest changes in Standard - that error indicates that the version of Simutrans being used is not recent enough to read the pakset.
