Title: Remove eletric power line tool?

Is it possible to make a tool that removes electric power lines?
I haven't noticed any pakset that uses it.

I'm not talking about the electrification for roads and rail, but the power lines that supply power to cities and factories.

Afaik pak64 has such a tool.
