Title: Missing ways pillar image in current commit

As of commit bcafa4d7d28072259d510d9e1182b6dae26ccdcf, running 'make' causes:

ERROR IN CLASS image_writer_t: cannot open ways/images/wooden-trestle-stone-pillar.png

This image is requested in file ways/wooden-trestle-stone-pillar.dat ... and indeed there is no file called wooden-trestle-stone-pillar.png in the commit.
