FIX: do not show front images of ways on bridge starts
I don't know where to post this, so I do it here.
As far as I get, this was added as a workaround for Monorail depots bug. I'm afraid it may lead to other errors. Presently, I'm painting the new bridges and elevated for Pak128 railways, and indeed front images are needed for most of elevated ways, including end tiles.
Moreover, stations might be on end tiles, and they are designed to be behind front images.
Wouldn't it be better if depots front image would always show in front of elevated front image, instead?

There the front image of the sloped way was shown on a flat bridge start. This was fixed. It should not change anything else. If so, please make a bug report.
