One question about help file text.
Do we need to upload current old obselute help texts to simutranslator ?
Or all we have to do is upload only new modified help text ?

From my experience, compatibility is important... 8)
I will look at changes to help files from the translator and put them into the svn too. The reason is that help files are more closely tied to a relase than the translations.
Frank asked me to translate and post this for him:

There is no file-import available. Every single text has to inserted manually.
