It is a quite long issue.
If any line has not any vehicle, this line is not included (showed) in list of lines that uses any stop. And it is a bit uncomfortable. I think that this may be improved with following:
Line without vehicles will be showed in list of lines that use any stop - but highlighted with red color with text that line has not any vehicle.
