(I suppose this function is unchanged from Standard, so I'm posting this here.)
If you want to enlarge a map to the west or north, you have to rotate the map first. I did this (180°), then enlarged from 1920x1920 to 2048x2048 and the result is weird. The new areas look as if they were cut from a totally different map and glued on to this one.
Normal enlargement works fine, though.
Did you try to replicate this in standard?
No this function has been changed in experimental, and was reported there already.
