Not my fault! Datacenter had power issues. Was down around 1pm to around 5pm Central. :(
Just out of curiosity (if you care to share)... what is your contract with the data center? 5 hours out of the year = 99.94% availabilty/uptime. If you are paying for 4 9's ... you just hit a jackpot.
I don't think even my job has 99.99% uptime for everything. That's far more important things that the Simutrans sites, although I don't know what Isaac is using the server(s) for commercially.
I'm definitely not pursuing anything from iWeb. I've had a server there now ten years, and I think this is the first downtime caused by them. They take care of me very well.
If any of my clients complain, I'll work something out with them, but so far nobody has.
