pak96.comic Version 0.4.6 for Simutrans 102 or newer

The list with adds and changes is very long. I will edit this later.

This version needs Version 102 or newer.

Lack es.tab update the file. That includes the download does not contain all the progress made in the translation of the pak.

I see only the pak192.comic set on the nightlies website, should pak96.comic be there also?
