Title: [Q] max_hops value in pak128

This is just a question.
Default value of max_hops is 2000, but it is 1000 in pak128.
Is this designed like this ?

No. It is probably artefact from times when all paksets needed their own complete config folder. I removed the whole "program settings" part from simuconf in pak128 (just now). Thanks!
