Title: Disappearance of handling goods indication

(´・ω・`)Hi, Ranran has a question.
I think this was caused by a change in the Path explorer.
Before that change, the goods categories being handled were always displayed, but nothing is displayed if there is currently no waiting or transferring goods at the station.

That is odd - I am not sure how the path explorer changes would have affected this, as I did not change any UI code.

I have seen that this problem is not permanent. On the server game it sometimes shows as usual, sometimes as show in bug report

There is a saved game that captures when the display disappears.

A carriage is carrying a cider to the tavern. The tavern's storage will be filled with the next delivery.
You can see the Beechford Orchard Stop turn off the handling goods indication around 1:27:00.

Thank you for that reproduction case: that is helpful. I believe that I have managed to fix this now. I should be grateful if you could re-test with the next nightly build.

I confirmed that the display was back as before in the latest build.
