Title: [r8755 / r8745]station number not addition

in r8755 and r8745,not addition number when create station.
This bug's coping approach. save a gamedata and load a gamedata.

if this bug is default method,I excuse.

attachment file 1〜3 station building shot.file  is saved and loaded data.
