What about to add SIemens Viaggio Comfort (also known under trademark RailJet)?
Its main operator is ÖBB, another operator known to me is ČD. May be that there is any other operator of this unit, but I don't know more ones (and it seems like that there is no other one).
ÖBB operates this unit in its original colours. ČD operates it in own colours.
And recently, Siemens (in cooperatoion with Škoda Transportation) began production of this unit without driving car (that means this unit cannot be used as push-pull like that original ones). These units should have only 5 cars.

seats: 408
locomotive + 4 cars of 2nd class + restaurant car + 2 cars of 1st class
ČD:
seats: 442
locomotive + 5vcars of 2nd class + restaurant car + 1 car of 1st class

Railjets actaully are a thing in the pakset since ages. Just check the electrics tab.
There also are some coaches that look close to the Railjet. The Siemens sleepers for the RZD as well as older ÖBB coaches called "Modularwagen".
What's missing is the czech livery as well as an option to use the cars without a Taurus.
The current Railjet looks a bit dated. I'm not sure if it's worth it to bring the czech livery on the current design.
Might be the better call to base the coaches on the newer "Modularwagen" model, in case someone wants to do these.
