Title: wayobj_x and wayobj_desc_x

The current simutrans squirrel API cannot handle wayobj, since it does not have appropriate classes. I want to handle wayobjs in the script to build wayobjs in the script. Is there any plan to implement them, or should I post a patch?

If you already have a patch, then please post it. Otherwise I will start working on this.
