I would like to take this opportunity to thank Leartin for updating the edit UI.
This is a small issue, but people in Asian countries such as Japanese prefer the order of year months.
Since there is already such a setting in simutrans, this patch will change the order of the inputs in the edit UI to change according to the environment settings.
Certainly, I forgot about that setting entirely.
