Reproduction procedure
1. Set reload_and_save_on_quit = 1
2. Exit the game with the specific fabrik info dialog open
3. reboot the simutrans and reload it
4. Destroy the factory with the automatically opened fabrik info open (You need to be putin or public player)

r10555 fixes this. Just one name wrong on restoring the magic. Thanks for reporting
