When you are adding stations to the schedule list and you change the tool (for example to the remove tool) then the "add stops" tool is no longer activated, until you change the tab and return to the schedule tab.
The expected behavior would be:
By clicking on the convoy window (when it is in the schedule tab) activate the "add stops" tool.
