Title: Can't delete stop if foreign tram tracks present

I had a road stop over which some enterprising player built tram tracks. Now I can remove the road beneath the stop, but not the stop itself, because "This belongs to another player".

I am afraid that I have not been able to reproduce this. Can you upload a saved game in which this can be reproduced reliably and give precise instructions for reproduction? Thank you.
