Today I accidentally had the opportunity to think about the readability of the help text. (´・ω・｀)
It is very annoying as I want to read the main text of the help dialog and when I try to extend it the left menu bar also tries to extend with it.
I made a patch to improve it. Approximately fixed width of the left menu.
Too small makes it a little smaller, but I haven't been able to figure out what causes this. Even so, I think this will greatly reduce player frustration at least.
Thank you for this - now incorporated (I believe along with some merges from Standard?).
