Title: [r2824] Jerky Convoy Movement when New Game Dialog is Open

Using r2824 GDI/SDL versions, convoy movement becomes jerky whenever New Game Dialog is open. I have tested pak64, pak128 and pak128.Britain, all exhibit the same problem. When I checked the fps, it was as low as 4. Convoys used to run smoothly even when New Game Dialog is open, so please kindly check. Many thanks!

Oh, you forgot that you fixed it in r2827? The problem has long gone. ;)
