Title: How to make transparent walls
Post by: Václav on December 08, 2010, 06:52:05 PM
I have already done one object with transparent walls but transparency made on that object is not fitting on currently developed building.

So I would like to know how to make transparent walls as are on this platform

in GIMP - because it is editor in which I will assemble that building from parts prepared in else editor - and in which (meant GIMP) I will make final improves.

Transparent walls, or glass roof? The roof uses a "chessboard" pattern of color/transparent pixels.

I've made a different checker pattern.
seems to work better when zoomed out.
feel free to use and modify it. no credit needed.

Glass roof - I know that uses matrix of color/missing pixels. I ask for making such matrix. I see you answered in czech written board.

That transparent roof should replace transparent roof windows on this building

because current version is really bad. So I needed to know how to make it better/nicer.
