Title: Bug in 100.1-1941 - pausing frezes 'create new game' window

Hello again

If you have opened window "Create a New Game" and other climate/translation windows and pause game, button remains 'unpressed' and everything 'freeze' till game is unpaused.

should be fixed in rev 2840. at last  ;D
