That's already out. I think that's the taiwan version that's in development.
It's the 9th installment from the A-train series from artdink.

It has a very comprehensive (and overwhelming) scheduling function.  ???
Interestingly, it took until the 9th version for diagonal stations.

yeah i wanted that because i have A train 8 so i hoped there was english version one
