Climate menu number display box too small

Simutrans 102.2 from Sourceforge.

In the climate menu, the box for "mountain height" is a bit too small and clips numbers like "280"

Edit: Same problem in "Max length of rivers", actually all boxes that can have 3 digit numbers.
