Double tram track on roadway

I made this as a way to fulfill a request, so I'll add this here in case anyone else finds it valuable.

This is a workaround to make a double track trolley/tram line.  It adds a tram track to your tram menu (using graphics from the JPN addons site) that you lay down like regular tram tracks.  Next, you put road electrification on top (not the tram kind, though you can add tram electrification as well if you wish) and then go to your nearest road garage (with electrification) and there will be a T-113 tram/trolley available that you can then put on the road and run down these double tracks.

The T-113 is actually just a regular electric road vehicle, it will run down any electrified road whether the double tram tracks are there or not.  Likewise, you can run a regular tram train down the double tram lines and it will run down the middle like it's a regular tram line.

This is mostly for eye candy purposes, it's a way of making your city have a double tram line for appearances (and functions like a regular bus).
