[r6079] Many transit value problems

When I start a new map, transit value isn't initialized.
If you open a consumer factory window, you can see strage transit value in it.

When I remove a station which stores goods, transit value doesn't reduce, but it should be.
When I remove a vehicle which loaded goods, transit value doesn't reduce, but it should be.
When I remove line or schedule and lost factories connection, transit value doesn't reduce, but it should be.
