r6120 - Coordinates in convoy window title not updating reliably

The coordinates in the title bar of the convoy dialog only seems to be updated when something else causes the region to be repainted, which makes them unreliable and potentially confusing. It may also happen that part of the coordinate had been repainted, but not all, leading to "strange numbers" (part 5, part 4).

Although the numbers seem to get updated when they change, there are still occasional errors where not the entire number gets repainted in r6168. If I put several convoy windows directly below each other starting from right under the toolbar, the windows on the second row suffer from this problem. The first and third row appears to be fine. This is with pak64, as I suspect the height of the toolbar might have something to say here and I don't know if that varies between pak sets.

There were more windows with this prroblem. Also city window, factory window etc.
