How do you add maglevs in the new most recent stable version?

By drawing them, paking them and editing menuconf.tab

Recent pak128 has the menu ready, so all you do is copy the pak files provided by gauthier.

I allready have the files in the pak128, unzipped allready, similar to the way Igor showed in the new stable topic Just isn't showing any "working" signs...

What kind of signs are you expecting? There should be a maglev tool near the train, tram, ship etc. tools. If you are playing with timeline on, the maglev toolbar might only contain an erase track button, because maglevs have a late introduction date.

But it might be that the pak128 version mentioned in the 101.0 topic is not recent enough. I did download mine from the latest nightly site.

I am using version 101.0 r2207 stable, right now, with simupak128-350 from the nightlies site. And it works like a gem.

And I didn't have to config menuconf.tab.
