[11.11] A speed of 4 km/h for city cars when stopping

When city cars stop (say in traffic lights), their info window seems to show a "current speed" of 4 km/h, even though they are not actually moving.

Since city cars carry no information about being stuck, this indicates a non-stuck acr. It willdrop to zero after a month (if this is similar to standard).

I don't think that I have changed the code on this aspect from Standard, so Prissi may well be correct here.
