The error is observable at the place at which the game will load. Trains arriving and intending to turn onto the goods sidings at the station there will sometimes not respect the signal on the slope and proceed one tile ahead - which in this case has caused a blockage. If you clear the blockage, the following trains should also display this. They proceed half-way across the points when the station ahead is occupied.
