Thank you, I will try this out as soon as possible.

EDIT: Seems like my building system (or rather my hard disk is failing), as after even a fresh compiler "Error in COFF" is obtained. Sorry for the delay.

During some update "cvtres.exe" to compile resources was replaced by windows by an incompatible version. Windows does this quite often, as goggling showed. So if MSVC suddently complains "LINK : fatal error LNK1123: failure during conversion to COFF: file invalid or corrupt" then this is the solution.

Now I will go back to your patch as soon as the SVN works.

I am not sure I like the sparse climate dialoge; the extended settings are more condensed, same for the new world dialoge. THe rest is in with 7114, thank you.
