Updated button graphics

Given that the trams have now been re-scaled, I thought it best to replace the existing tram icon with one reflecting the scale of the trams as they now are. Whilst I was about it, I also changed the boat icon from the old type of barge that was displaced over a year ago with the newer canal boats with the image of the steam tug. The new button graphics are below:

Incidentally, might I suggest that you move the climate editing tools to the menu accessible only by the public player in advance of the next release?
