Why won't my Oil Tanker Load Oil at the Oil Rig?

Ahah always the same question 

When connecting two industries :
1.Make sure the two stations are connected to their industries (must be at most one tile distant from the industry).
2.The convoy must be able to transport the right good (in this case, I don't think it's the problem, but beginners are often mistaken between piece goods and cooled goods).
3.The two stations must accept goods : in a station's window, you should see a tiny icon representing a ... (usually I call that a ****, but let's call it a heap of something), as well there is a tiny icon representing a person for passengers, and an icon representing a mail for mail. If you don't see it, it's because your station can't accept goods. Extend it with a warehouse or something which accept goods (the same tiny icon should be seen on the construction button), then your station will accept goods.
4.The client industry must be in fact a client of the supplier industry. In an industry's information, you can see what industries are client, and what industries are suppliers. Your two industries must be connected.

Then it should work, as long as the client industry is not overloaded with goods.
