[rb9697df]: Building roads earns money.

Hi James,

I came across something interesting in my latest Simutrans Extended experiments (Simutrans 120.2.1 Extended Nightly Development build 12.0 - rb9697df). When I build any infrastructure, this works as anticipated, but when I build roads, money is actually added to my account rather than subtracted, while I still retain the ownership. Is this intended? This happens with every Pak128.Britain.ex game I start.

Sorry that you are having trouble with this; as I wrote elsewhere, you appear to be using an old version. I think that I fixed a bug of this description a while ago - can you re-test with the latest version?
