Is it possible to change settings of the time flow, to slow it?
I have had change the vehicles too often.

Several option, but what you want is most likely bits_per_month setting in simuconf.tab

I would suggest to copy the simuconf.tab file from the config folder in you simutrans folder to My Documents/simutrans

The increase the setting. Increasing by one will slow the aging by a faktor of 2.
