Pak192.Comic V0.7.1

Hello everyone!

After the recent V0.7. there already is a small update available in the new V0.7.1



This is more or less about the new ctrl lock feature for tablet users.
For a detailed changelog see: History.md

Release of the standard version 0.7.1.
There are different files generated.
Standard
The Pakset for Simutrans: pak192-comic.zip
The combined file containing the Pakset and the Addons for the Pakset for Simutrans: pak192.comic-serverset.zip
The combined file containing the Pakset and the DACH-region only Addons for the Pakset for Simutrans: pak192.comic-all-DACH.zip

This is more or less about the new ctrl lock feature for tablet users.

This is great! Now those who play on Android can complete the tutorial since underground constructions require using the [ctrl] key to build the tunnel entrance.
