Multi tile signalboxes

When fixing signalling in the demo game, I found some bugs with big (multi tile). Tested only on the biggest mechanical box, so I'm not sure if it applies to others as well.

1. Build the big mech. signalbox. Build a signal. Rotate the map. Check the info about signalbox. If the number of attached signals is correct rotate again. If it is zero build some more sigbals. Then rotate for your amusement. It seems that part of the signals is linked to one tile of signalbox while the‚Äč other is linked to the second tile.

2. While 1-tile signalboxes rotate perfectly, big ones looj as if they have only two rotations defined.

3. When building the box you do not see where it will be placed (only one tile is shown). If the next tile is occupied, the signalbox may overlap with track, or be built in two different height levels.

I might add that the game crashes if the overlapping tile is an industry.
