[fix] Tunnels with tram and road

Same as http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=1809 but for tunnels. The tram track on the tunnel mouth isn't displayed correctly (weg_t::calc_bild doesn't draw ways at tunnel mouths, otherwise there will be bugs).

Is it intended, that road tunnels could have a tram track? If not, the patch have to been altered.

Simply drawing the way image will most likely lead to graphical glitches, at least for tunnel entries from north and west. But you can try
