[patch] Display the number of available liveries

(´・ω・｀)Happy holidays! [SSR]Ranran(Santa ver.) delivering a small patch.

This patch displays the number of available liveries the vehicle currently has next to "Livery scheme:" on the depot dialog.


Choosing a scheme when the available livery count is 0 or 1 is a wasteful effort. People will be free from that task. 

Note: If nothing is displayed, vehicle cannot change the livery at any year, but 0 or 1 has the potential to change it in the future or in the past.
