Strange display of the reservation. In the tunnel there is a signal on the rear track directly in front of the tunnel portal.

This is not just a display error, it also blocks overlying routes.



On the other hand, the freight train cannot find its way through the station. It is a passing train. I could observe this behavior several times, the train was blocked even though there were free tracks to drive past.

Choose signals do not affect through trains. They always wait for the shortest path to be clear. (But in extended it works also for through trains)

An end_of_choose signal is set after the train station.

The behavior does not only occur with choose signals. There I had to force the free through tracks with waypoint.

End of choose will stop the choosing. The train might still wait for the entire route until the next stop to be free (depending on signals etc). It will just not attempt to find an alternative route.

Do not use choose signals in through stations without waypoints.

The display error might come from the fact that the ground tile of a tunnel exit is outside, and flat but too low.

There is a bug: the reservation of the first tunnel tile is show on the surface. This is purely graphics. No tiles on the surface are reserved.
