Station coverage order after reloading

(This might be related to the bug report of stop replacing tool.)
I added my harbor to a schedule.
After saving and reloading this game, it changed to other player's harbor.
Once again saving and reloading the game, it changed to my harbor.

Rotating map might cause different result, but I didn't test it.

IIRC, in very old versions this order didn't change, and also old versions checked all harbor until it found own harbor.
It might have found a stop on a bridge in old version, but behavior of current version is not seems to be good.

Isn't this avoidable to change station coverage order after reloading ?

I agree that on water own stop (or public) should be searched. The order depends much on the building order ingame and might be different after reloading. This is not easy to fix; and all older games will be wrong anyway.

EDIT: IN principle now stopping at other players stop will just give a waypoint. They whole system was ready for overhaul for multiplayer. Thank you for spotting this out.
