[R8874] Minor: Compass in scaled menu

When a theme causes the menu to scale (to 48 or 64 pixels instead of the standard 32) the compass - which is incorporated in the map-rotation-button - does not scale with it. Does not look too bad in p64, certainly one can design the graphics around that issue. Though if you need larger menu icons, chances are you wouldn't be able to read the compass at original size either, so perhaps it could be scaled - both in the menu and the minimap - to the defined menu size?
