Hello. Is there a web where I can safely download and add-ons for Pak192 Comic?

The pakset (nightly) and many of it's addons are on github -> https://github.com/Flemmbrav/Pak192.Comic/releases
The indonesian community offers their assets here -> http://simutransindonesia.weebly.com/
British addons can be found here (but I think they are all integrated on github anyway) https://britain.pak192.comic.simutrans.com/
Other than that, people post some of their own assets on various facebooks sites and the forums. Eg. this subsection has pinned threads for british, czech and indonesian addons.
