"Built in", simutranslator text

I am trying to understand where, in simutranslator, there is the text to translate "Built in" (see attach).


I can't understand where it is.

I added that text to simutranslator so now you can suggest / edit a translation via simutranslator.

I have another text that I can't translate, "connected stops (freight)", see attach.

I've confirmed that the text was added seven years ago, but it didn't seem to be registered with simutranslator.
I have also added that text to simutranslator so now you can suggest / edit a translation via simutranslator.
