[r8946+] Rotation of stations on bridges broken

When rotating the map, all station buildings on flat bridge heads get the wrong offset for drawing. When rotating the map a multiple of 4 times, the offset is correct again.
The problem first occurs with r8946.
To reproduce, load the attached save with pak64 and rotate the map.

Also any other wayobj, including sings, catenary, etc. on such tiles. Fixed in r9059

Thanks for the fix. It still affects vehicles on a brige. Best to check with very long train. If the map is rotated while the train is on the bridge, vehicles on flat bridge head will be displaced. But will return to correct position after moving to next tile.

Ok, vehicles have their own system. So it should be work now in r9063 hopefully,
