Bug: range limited ships report incorrectly

A range-limited humber keel if given a route between stops which are too far apart, but using intermediate waypoints which are spaced such as to individually fall within the range capability of the ship, will report a nonsensical error. (e.g. range limit 50km, route with two stops 60km apart and waypoints at 10km intervals)


Error will be of the form " <vehicle> cannot travel 10km to unknown because that would exceed its range of 50km by -40km."
